General Description :
Solgar One a Day EPA/GLA provides a natural, concentrated source of the essential Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from deep-sea, cold-water fish, plus the essential Omega 6 fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) from the seed oil of the borage plant (Borago officinalis).
EPA and DHA support cardiovascular, joint and immune health. GLA provides nutritional support for women and supports healthy skin.
The fish oil in Solgar One a Day EPA/GLA undergoes molecular distillation to remove mercury and other harmful contaminants.

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each softgel capsule provides: Fish Oil Concentrate1000mg Providing: Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA)180mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)120mg Borage Seed Oil197mg Providing Gamma-linolenic Acid (GLA)45mg Vitamin E12.5mg (18iu, as d-alpha tocopherol) Softgel capsule shell: gelatine, glycerin. Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: Soybean oil.
