Solgar Lecithin 1360mg maybe be to help prevent arteriosclerosis, protects against cardiovascular disease, improves brain function, and aids in the absorption of thiamine by the liver and vitamin A by the intestine.
Solgar Lecithin 1360mg is also known to promote energy and is needed to help repair damage to the liver caused by alcoholism. Lecithin enables fats, such as cholesterol and other lipids, to be dispersed in water and removed from the body. The vital organs and arteries are thus protected from fatty buildup.

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to six (6) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients:
Soya Lecithin (unbleached) 1360 mg (providing 33 mg of choline, 20 mg of inositol and 25 mg of phosphorus). Softgel capsule shell: gelatine, glycerin.
