General Description :

Ingredients:
Tincture of organically grown Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) roots, extracted in alcohol. (67% v/v).

Directions for use:
Adults: 10 drops 3 times a day or 30 drops before bedtime, in a little water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.
