General Description :
Solgar Vitamin B12 contains Vitamin B12 which is part of a group of essential nutrients known as the B Complex. It supports energy metabolism and promotes a healthy nervous system.
Along with Folic Acid and Vitamin B6, it supports heart health by promoting healthy levels of homocysteine. Vitamin B12 is required for the normal development and regeneration of red blood cells, which help to deliver oxygen throughout the body.
In addition, Vitamin B12 is involved in DNA synthesis and renewal.
Solgar Vitamin B12 is free of: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Sugar, Sodium, Artificial Flavor, Sweetener, Preservatives and Color.
Solgar Vitamin B12 is suitable for Kosher and Vegetarian diets.

100ug 100 Tablets - Vitamin B12. (as cobalamin prep.)100ug. Tableted with these natural ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, cellulose gum.
1000ug 100 Nuggets - Vitamin B12 (as cobalamin) 1000 ug - Other Ingredients: Mannitol†, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Cellulose, Natural Cherry Flavor with Other Natural Flavors.
