Solgar Calcium Ascorbate Crystals is a buffered, (non acidic) formulation providing 100% pure and fully reacted calcium ascorbate.
Solgar Calcium Ascorbate Crystals are gentle, non-acidic form of powdered vitamin C which is suitable for people who require large amounts of vitamin c or those who find tablets difficult to swallow. It can easily be added to water, juices or stirred into food.
Solgar Calcium Ascorbate Crystals is pH-balanced formula is intended to be gentle on the stomach.

Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, 1/4 teaspoon (approx. 1300mg) daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients:
Each 1/4 teaspoonful provides: Calcium Ascorbate 1300mg Providing: Vitamin C 1066mg Calcium 122mg NO EXCIPIENTS. Available in bottles of 4.4oz. (125g), 8.8oz. (250g) and 17.6oz. (500g).
