As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides: Zinc (as amino acid chelate) 22 mg Tableted with these natural ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, vegetable powdered cellulose, silica, vegetable stearic acid, magnesium stearate.
