As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides: Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate and cocarboxylase) 50 mg Vitamin B2 (riboflavin and riboflavin-5-phosphate) 50 mg Vitamin B3 (niacin and niacinamide) 50 mg Vitamin B5 (pantothenic Acid as calcium pantothenate and pantethine) 50 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 50 mg Vitamin B12 (cobalamin and dibencozide) 50 ug Biotin (as prep.) 0.05 mg Folacin (folic acid prep.) 400 ug Choline (bitartrate) 21 mg Inositol 50 mg PABA (para aminobenzoic acid) 50 mg Soya Lecithin (providing phosphatidyl choline) 50 mg Magnesium (citrate) 20 mg Powdered Herbal Base 105 mg Tableted with these natural ingredients: vegetable stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate.
