Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Ingredients:
Two (2) tablets provide: Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 10 mg Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 10 mg Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 100 mg Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid as d-Ca pantothenate) 100 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg Folacin (folic acid prep.) 400 ug Vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) 500 mg Inositol 100 m Choline (bitartrate) 41 mg PABA (para aminobenzoic acid) 30 mg Natural Powdered Herbal Base 13 mg (alfalfa, acerola, parsley, rose hips and watercress powders) Vitamin B12 (cobalamin prep.) 25 ug Biotin (as prep.) 0.025 mg Tableted with these natural ingredients: vegetable powdered cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silica and vegetable stearic acid.
