As a food supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients:
Three (3) tablets provide: Calcium (as amino acid chelate) 500 mg Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 250 mg Phosphorus (as amino acid chelate) 200 mg Potassium (as amino acid complex) 99 mg Manganese (as amino acid chelate= 10 mg Iron (as amino acid chelate) 10 mg Zinc (as amino acid chelate) 10 mg Copper (as amino acid chelate) 250 ug lodine (kelp) 150 ug Chromium (as niacin amino acid chelate) 20 ug Selenium (as l-selenomethionine) 50 ug Molybdenum (as amino acid chelate) 60 ug Tableted with these natural ingredients: vegetable powdered cellulose, magnesium stearate.
