Two Solgar Beta Glucans Immune Complex Vegicaps provide: 400mg Vitamin C (as Ester-C, calcium ascorbate), 250mg Beta 1,3 Glucans (from yeast cell wall concentrate), 225mg Berry Blend (standardised Elderberry powdered extract (berry), Blueberry Powder (berry), Acai powder (berry), 15mg Zinc (as picolinate), 125mcg Selenium (as L-selenomethionine), 1500mcg Copper (as citrate) , 50mcg Vitamin D3 (2000IU, as cholecalciferol).
