Solgar Vitamin E With Yeast Free Selenium provides natural Vitamin E in a dry (non-oily) form, for those who have difficulty digesting fats and oils. It is combined with the important trace mineral Selenium.
As a component of the antioxidant enzyme, glutathione peroxidase, Selenium helps to fight cell-damaging free radicals in the body. It spares Vitamin E, which in turn boosts the cell's antioxidant defense system.
Solgar Vitamin E With Yeast Free Selenium, synergistic, antioxidant formulation is offered in a convenient, two-piece, vegetarian capsule.

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) Vegicaps daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients:
Two (2) Vegicaps provide: Vitamin E (500 iu) (d-alpha tocopheryl succinate prep.) 413 mg Selenium (l-selenomethionine) 150 ug Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: vegetable powdered cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate Vegicap capsule shell: vegetable cellulose, vegetable glycerin and water.
