To be taken daily for general health maintenance. Use the measured scoop provided and add a single scoop to a liquid of your choice. Can be added to water or fruit juice. Try adding to a smoothie or can be used in soups or casseroles. Increase dosage to 2 scoops during times of increased activity or when recovering from illness. Can be used by children but reduce dosage by half for children under 12 years old. For optimum potency and shelf-life store in a cool location out of direct sunlight.
