Solgar Chelated Magnesium contain high quality magnesium is essential for Calcium metabolism, the production of enzymes and proteins, and the utilization of fats and carbohydrates.
Magnesium is a mineral that is known to help over 300 of the body's natural processes. If you aren't getting enough magnesium from your daily diet, you may feel very tired, and may experience an irregular heartbeat, muscle spasms and nervousness. Whole grains and bran are rich sources of magnesium and taking Solgar Chelated Magnesium as a supplement may be helpful.
Solgars Chelated Magnesium Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.

As a food supplement for adults, four (4) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients:
Four (4) tablets provide: Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 400 mg Tableted with these natural ingredients: vegetable powdered cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, vegetable stearic acid.
