Solgar Gentle Iron are non-constipating vegetable capsules. Solgar Gentle Iron contains high quality of Iron. Iron plays a vital role in the production of hemoglobin with protein and copper and oxygenation of red blood cells and lymphocytes.
Iron increases the production on enzymes in protein metabolism. Iron also enhances the functions of calcium and copper.
Iron is absorbed in the small intestine and stored in the liver, spleen, bone marrow, and blood. Iron is needed to metabolize B vitamins.
Solgar Gentle Iron is suitable for Kosher and Vegetarian diets.

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) Vegicap daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients:
Each Vegicap provides: Iron (as bisglycinate) 20 mg Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate. Vegicap capsule shell: Vegetable cellulose, vegetable glycerin and water. A unique form of chelated iron (iron bisglycinate) formulated for maximum absorption without the gastrointestinal irritation or constipating effects that often accompany iron supplementation.
