Solgar Turmeric Root Extract contains Turmeric extract. The active ingredients in Turmeric include beneficial flavonoids called Curcuminoids, which are plant-based antioxidants.

Solgar Turmeric Root Extract can help fight cell-damaging free radicals in the body. Turmeric has a long history of use in India and it is a popular spice used in curry dishes. In fact, Many older citizens of India have been reported to be able to maintain healthy brain functioning as they age, which is why the high intake of turmeric in India is believed to contribute to brain health and functioning (studies reported in Lim and Singhal).

Solgar Turmeric Root Extract is suitable for Kosher and Vegetarian diets.

Directions:
As an herbal food supplement for adults one (1) to two (2) Vegicaps daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients:
Each Vegicap provides: Standardised Turmeric Root Extract (95% curcuminoids) 300 mg Raw Turmeric Root Powder 150 mg In a base of PhytO2X (mixed tocopherols, mixed carotenoids, rosemary extract and vitamin C). Encapsulated with natural ingredients: vegetable powdered cellulose, magnesium stearate. Vegicaps capsule shell: vegetable cellulose, vegetable glycerin, water.
