As a dietary supplement for adults take one vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Ingredients:
Vitamin K2 100mcg. Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Capsule Shell, vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Stearic Acid, contains milk and soy.
