Walking helps you to keep on walking!!!

A good walk could ease arthritis. Walking less than two miles three times a week and taking glucosamine sulphate. Sufferers felt better within weeks and their pain halved after six months. Dr K. Heesch from the University of Queensland  said it provided ‘preliminary evidence’ of the benefits.  Reported in The  Telegraph, by Kate Devlin
